• If the courier can’t reach you, they may attempt redelivery or request pickup from the nearest branch.
• Undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address/phone may be returned and reshipped after fee adjustment.

• Inspect your order upon arrival.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
